BC CHEC registration fees include admission to the Trade Show on the days for which you are registered. For tradeshow-only passes, please see tradeshow information.

Children of adults attending the Trade Show only, (not registered), can be pre-registered in the Pre-K/children/youth programs before April 20, 2018. Walk-ins will not be accepted.

Adult Program
In an effort to help keep this weekend affordable for the whole family, we are offering a free Plus One registration to any family that registers 1 adult and 4 or more children (includes any children’s programs and youth program). That’s right, Dad (or any other individual eligible for the Plus One rate) gets in free when the rest of the family is registered!! In order to claim the refund, please register all family members who will be attending. Our online registration program will flag any qualifying registrations, and you will be refunded the cost of the Plus One registration. Refunds must be processed in the office. It is not automatically applied at the time of online registration.
Restrictions Apply: Children must belong to the same family as the main registrant. Eligible adults are restricted to parent, grandparent or adult child age 18 or over.
Church Group/Leader
We feel BC CHEC provides great teacher development for parents, teachers and church workers. We'd love to see you bring a whole group to the convention. Gather together a group of 5 or more from your church Sunday School or Youth department and the Group leader will get in free (all registrations must be for the same length, that is either all come for full weekend, or all for a single day; the entire group must be registered at the same time). If you are a Sunday school or youth leader in your church and would like to come, but can't get a group together, we'll still give you 50% off the registration amount (one discount per church). Contact for instructions on how to register a group or get a church leader discount.
HCOS Parent Action Committee Subsidy
The HCOS Parent Action Committee is pleased to offer a 50% discount on student BC CHEC fees! To qualify:
- Families must be presently enrolled with HCOS (not registered)
- Applies only to Childrens' Program (Grades K-6) and Youth Day Camp (Grades 6-12)
Please note that 12 year-olds can be admitted to one of three programs, depending on the parents’ preference: Youth in Workshops, Youth Day Camp or the Children’s Program. Decision must be made at time of registration. Youth Day Camp is for Grades 6-12.
The HCOS PAC funds set aside for this discount are limited; this offer expires once the funds have been exhausted. First come, first served! To apply this discount to your children's BC CHEC registration fees, choose,"Kindgergarten (HCOS)", "Grade 1-6 (HCOS)" or "Youth Day Camp (HCOS)" when registering.
