  • If you are enrolled with HCOS and want to register for the PAC Discount, please be sure to use the correct Type of Registration (e.g. Youth Day Camp - HCOS)

Youth and Children's Programs

  • Only children of registered attendees are eligible for the BC CHEC Children’s Programs i.e. Pre-K/Children/Youth programs.
  • When a program option has reached full capacity, it does not show up on the registration form. Contact Michelle Kapelle to be placed on a waiting list.
  • Youth Program:

    • Child’s Health Care Card number is required
    • You will need to know your youth’s choices for activities and the name of a friend/sibling they want to be in the same group with, if any.

Three-Step Registration for Preschool/Kindergarten/Grades 1-6

  1. Step 1: Register - one form per family (do not register children separately)

    Click on the link below to go to the registration page. Fill in the form for starting with your Adult registration and then add each person you are registering, review the information, click submit, pay or use PO number.

  2. Step 2: Complete Medical/Waiver/T Shirt Order Form - one per child

    Click the Medical/Waiver form link to complete the form. Fill in one (1) waiver form for each child you are registering.

  3. Step 3: Respond

    Within 24 hours of receiving your child’s registration, you can expect an email confirming registration details. In an effort to ensure the Children’s Program functions smoothly and safely, it is imperative you read and respond to the emails.

For children in Preschool to grade 6, a t-shirt is provided to each child in the program and you must provide their t-shirt size. Assigned colours designate which group your child is part of and helps to provide an extra measure of security. Wearing these t-shirts during the Children’s program is mandatory.

Terms and Conditions of Registration

Refunds and Cancellations Policy

There are no refunds, just as there are no refunds for tickets to a sporting event, concert, or similar event. We do allow transfers of registrations. Please contact us with the name and email of the person you would like to transfer your registration to so they will have a name tag for admission. For children, we require a registration form filled out so we have all the necessary information. Transfers are allowed up to one week before the event.

Confirmed Speakers and Exhibitors

While all speakers and exhibitors listed have been confirmed, we recognize that there are times when circumstances change, emergencies happen, etc. To that end, it should be noted that speakers, exhibitors, and schedules are subject to change at any time, with or without notice.

Seating for all speaking sessions and workshops is first-come, first-served. Seating is limited to the capacity of the room. If a session is full and no seats are available, please attend a different session. Sitting on the floor is considered a fire code violation by order of the Fire Marshal.
